• Keep your password strong — use at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — bdtgame support staff will never ask for your password.

• Payments from third parties are not accepted and will be refunded.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement — a minimum bet amount before withdrawal is allowed. Example: A 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place at least ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Reload Bonus: 8x wagering requirement.
• Cashback bonus: withdrawable instantly with no wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — transferring or selling them is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses will be voided if irregular betting patterns (such as opposing bets) are detected.

All betting activities on bdtgame are governed by the following rules.

Bet Acceptance

• A bet is only valid once the system successfully confirms it and issues a Bet ID.
• Bdtgame reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault.
• Pre-match bets placed after an event has already started will not be accepted.

Odds Changes

• If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• In the event of a palpable error in published odds, bdtgame reserves the right to make the necessary corrections.

If a Match is Cancelled

• If a match is cancelled entirely, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• If a match ends early due to rain or any other reason, international rules will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bdtgame. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using hacking tools, viruses, or any malicious software.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Match-fixing or betting using insider information.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Betting using automated bots or scripts.
• Harassing, threatening, or disrespecting other members.

Bdtgame strives to deliver its services to the highest standard. However, bdtgame accepts no liability in the following circumstances.

• Bets lost or affected due to internet disconnection.
• Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
• Technical disruptions caused by third parties.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their own account.
• Financial losses resulting from match outcomes or odds-related decisions.

Bdtgame does not guarantee winnings. Betting is inherently risky — wins and losses are both possible. Never bet beyond your means.
